Meet Our Team

Ocelia Santoro, Office Manager

Ocelia serves as Administrative Assistant and Office Manager.  In her role, she provides essential support to the firm’s financial advisors, and ensures the smooth operation of the office. This involves a combination of operational duties, administrative tasks, and client services to help maintain and improve the firm's efficiency and client satisfaction.

Ocelia is a Tucson native and joined Retirement Consultants, Inc., in 2018. She is a proud Mom to her two daughters and works alongside her husband of 33 years and the firm’s founder, Michael Santoro
