Michael Santoro, Founder

As the Founder and Managing Member of Retirement Consultants, Inc., a Registered Independent Advisory firm established in 2020, Michael Santoro brings more than 30 years of experience to the financial services industry. His expertise spans both capital markets and wealth management, providing a solid foundation that has helped clients successfully navigate several decades of both bull and bear markets.

As President of Retirement Consultants, Inc, Michael leads a Registered Investment Adviser firm with a clear mission: to offer specialized, holistic financial planning, complemented by sound investment management strategies that yield sustainable financial outcomes. He takes pride in having helped countless clients reach their financial goals whether they are in their early wealth accumulation phase of life or already in retirement. 

Prior to establishing Retirement Consultants, Inc, Michael was previously Senior Vice President at Piper Jaffray, serving as a Financial Advisor and Investment Management Consultant. He also served as Executive Vice President at Paine Webber Private Client Group. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and has his FINRA Series 66 License, in addition to maintaining his life insurance license.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Michael finds joy in spending quality time with his wife in Arizona, traveling to see their two daughters, exploring new destinations, and unwinding with a fishing rod in hand.
